Penalize the Illegal Businesses that Victimize Immigrants and Use the Fines to Help the Immigrant Victims

Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants are lured to America every year with the false promise of safe jobs and a peaceful life only to be forced to accept inferior wages, work in unsafe conditions, and live in constant fear of deportation and ICE raids.

Congress passes laws making it illegal to hire and victimize undocumented workers, but then refuses to provide the funding to enforce that law. DHS and ICE simply lack the financial resources and manpower to monitor the thousands of companies which routinely hire and victimize undocumented immigrants.

Force Congress to either amend the INA to allow companies to hire undocumented immigrants and lift their fear of deportation or tell Congress to provide the necessary funding to enforce the laws they have passed.

This website has links for you to write directly to your member of Congress expressing your thoughts and links to various articles and organizations on both sides of the immigration issue. We have also provided a link to a White House Petition to allow local law enforcement to enforce the I-9 and e-Verify programs that will penalize the businesses illegally victimizing undocumented immigrants and funnel the penalties collected back to the immigrant victims and local community we support this petition because it denies local law enforcement the authority to arrest or deport undocumented immigrants and only authorizes them to penalize the illegal businesses which are victimizing them.
